Alexis Harvey, M.D. graduated Magna Cum Laude from Villanova University College of Arts and Sciences in Villanova, Pennsylvania, and earned her medical degree from Hahnemann University School of Medicine. She completed both her Internship in Internal Medicine and a Residency in Radiation Oncology at Hahnemann University in Philadelphia.
Dr. Harvey is board certified in Radiation Oncology by the American Board of Radiology. She has received many honors and awards in her field of Radiation Oncology, including academic Honors and Distinction. She has been recognized nationally for her outstanding achievements, including the American Medical Women’s Association Janet Glasgow Memorial Achievement Citation.
She has recently voted by her peers as one of the “Top Doc's” in Radiation Oncology, published in South Jersey Magazine.
Dr. Harvey came to practice in NJ in 1989, and at that time served as an Assistant Professor at Hahnemann University. She is a member of the Camden County and New Jersey Medical Societies and served on New Jersey’s State Cancer Society. She is an active member of the American Society of Therapeutic Radiation and Oncology.
Dr. Harvey is in charge of the Women’s Health and Breast Cancer Program for the West Jersey Cancer Center in Voorhees and is very active within the community, participating in events throughout South Jersey and Philadelphia including Philadelphia Race for the Cure Program.
She is a member of the American College of Radiation
Oncology (ACRO).
