Dr. Debra Linzer

 

Debra L. Linzer, MD., Board Certified in Therapeutic Radiology, received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in psychology from Yeshiva University. She received a medical degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine in Bronx, New York.

Dr. Linzer performed an internship in Internal Medicine at Beth Israel Hospital, New York, followed by a residency in Radiation Oncology at Mt. Sinai Hospital, New York, where she was Chief Resident.

Dr. Linzer served as Clinical Fellow in Radiation Oncology at University of Miami. She then joined the faculty at University of Miami as an Assistant Clinical Professor where she was strongly involved in residency training.

Dr. Linzer is a member of the American Society for Therapeutic Radiology and Oncology, the American College of Radiology and the New York Roentgen Society.

Dr. Linzer has published and lectured on several topics, including Gamma Knife Radiosurgery, Prostate Cancer, Breast Cancer, GI Malignancies and Pediatric Tumors.
