Constantine
A. Mantz, M.D., received a Bachelor of Science Degree in
Biology from Loyola University of Chicago. He earned his
medical degree from the University of Chicago’s Pritzker
School of Medicine and did a surgical internship at the
Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis. Dr. Mantz
performed his radiation oncology residency at the University
of Chicago Hospitals.
He is
Board Certified in Radiation Oncology by the American Board
of Radiology and is a member of the American College of
Radiation Oncology, the American Medical Association, the
American Society for Therapeutic Radiology and Oncology
(ASTRO), and the Association of Freestanding Radiation Oncology
Centers.
During
the course of his career, Dr. Mantz has been involved in
numerous radiation therapy research projects. He has published
professional journal articles and given lectures and presented
abstracts and poster sessions at national meetings concerning
cancer treatment. Dr. Mantz has a special interest in the
study and treatment of prostate cancer.
